The staff was very welcoming and pleasant and provided attentive service. The breakfast was reasonably good, with a wide range of meals.
The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The room was brand-new & beautifully decorated with the bathroom, bar plus comfortable bed. The free parking was close to the hotel, outstanding service. Everyone from the staff was really friendly.

We had a merry experience at this cozy hotel. The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff in the restaurant were attentive. Although there were some minor issues with pillows and the temperature of the food, overall it was a good value for money stay. The spa area was clean and the staff were warm and professional. We would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. we had a great time and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Standards were very good for a 4 star hotel.Staff were helpful and fluent in English.Room was comfortable and inviting.There was a free sauna and relaxing spa pool I didnt use.Breakfast was good and it is quite close to the Sukharovskaya metro.
It is in Moscow so it is expensive compared to most other places.Having said that if it is within your budget,it is a good choice.

In our twin room there was a pleasant view of city. The service was attentive, the food was great.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. The croissant was crispy and fragrant. The dinner experience was excellent, with perfectly cooked and seasoned rib-eye steak. The staff in the dinner room were polite and spoke English. The spa room was fantastic, with three types of saunas and a small swimming pool for relaxation. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and soundproof.

The personnel is very polite and attentive. The hotel is calm and comfortable. Its situation a bit afar from the main road is making the atmosphere relaxing and pleasant. Sauna is unique and particular.
Hotel is difficult to be found from the main avenue. There is a lack of indicators how to reach the hotel. Internet, which is free of charge, is not working properly. The line is very poor. The choice in the lobby bar is a bit poor. Could be added some snacks, chips, nuts, chocolate. In the sauna better to indicate the functions of the doors.

The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide selection of delicious food. The spa staff was attentive and kind, and we enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool.
